Today’s cake came out super moist.
Semi-homemade. Meaning, it started off as a box mix, then the oil got exchanged for a stick of butter, an extra egg was added, along with a couple capfuls of vanilla extract and hearsheys cocoa powder.
The icing is completely homemade. I feel it always should be.
It’s a blend of coffee, cool whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
